TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

   • All orders need to be submitted via the website and emailed to courtney@bluevelvetevents.co.za, so you can choose suitable collection and return time slots. Orders will have to be via email or whatsapp. We will require email confirmation of the booking to process an official order.
  • All items hired remain the property of Decor Hire by Blue Velvet.
  • Shortages and damaged goods are the responsibility of the client and will be charged for in full.
  •Decor Hire by Blue Velvet makes no claims as to the exactness of the pictures on this website in regards to dimensions,
      colours and condition. Because props often undergo maintenance and improvements once hired, variations can exist 
      between the actual props and their photos
  • All props are subject to availability.
  • Please ensure that the hired items can fit into your vehicle, can be packed carefully and that all the items ordered are loaded into your vehicle on collection.
  • Goods not returned timeously will be charged for at an additional hire charge, or any additional costs incured by use due to late returns will be billed onto yourself.
  • Any cancellations of confirmed orders will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We require payment three (3) working days before your collection date. We accept EFTs or you can make payment with a Visa/Mastercards via our Yoco payment link. No goods will be prepared without full payment.
