Our professional fee covers the time, expertise, and creative input our team invests in your event. This includes vendor sourcing and management, theme development, custom décor and floral design, project coordination, and on-site assembly.
 
While not every item may be listed in your quote, the fee reflects the overall value we bring; from concept development and vendor research to attention to detail and seamless execution. By charging this fee, we’re able to deliver exceptional results that exceed expectations and create a unique, memorable experience for you and your guests.

Please note that while the professional fee may be calculated as percentage of the total invoice value, this percentage represents the time and work involved in putting the job together, not just a mark-up on the total. Once an invoice is approved, if there are any cancellations/alterations of items that then need to be credited, this fee remains the same as it covers the coordination and administrative work done in preparation for events.
