Refunded post event once all items are returned and in the same condition. Client is responsible for any loss, damage or breakage of items which will be deducted from the deposit. *No items may be left out in the rain. If the amount is higher than the deposit, client is liable to pay the balance.
Refunds are processed on Fridays. If banking details are not supplied within 1 month of the return / collection, the refund is forfeited.
